2 Account Registration

A valid personal account is required to use services on the 3k vlp platform. Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and the associated funds may be withheld.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each account must be linked to a unique email address and mobile number.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Transferring or selling an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3k vlp reserves the right to verify the information provided by a user at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify the 3k vlp support team immediately. 3k vlp will not be responsible for any loss arising from sharing your account login details with a third party.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3k vlp strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above participate on the platform. This policy is essential for the protection of minors, and any violation will result in serious action.

3.1 Document Requirements

Any one of the following documents is acceptable for verification:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driving licence (with photo and government-approved)
• Birth registration certificate (additional documents may be required if age 18 is not confirmed)

3.2 KYC Process

3k vlp follows internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Under this process, identity verification, address verification, and source of funds verification may be carried out. Enhanced verification may be required before withdrawals of significant amounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

3k vlp processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services. All financial transactions are completed in a secure, encrypted environment.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same rule applies across all methods).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted, and suspicious transactions will be investigated.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The wagering requirements for any relevant bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the depositor's own name.

4.3 Financial Security

All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. 3k vlp will never ask for your bank or mobile banking password under any circumstances. Ignore any suspicious communications and report them directly to the support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3k vlp offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific conditions, and each term should be read carefully before claiming any offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, and the bonus is cancelled once the period expires.
• The ability to keep multiple bonuses active at the same time is limited — please refer to the terms of the specific bonus.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed.
• 3k vlp reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Programme Terms

The 3k vlp VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze: up to 0.3%, Silver: up to 0.6%, Gold: up to 0.9%, Platinum: up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, a cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 will apply.

6 Gaming Rules

Every game on the 3k vlp platform operates according to specific rules. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a verified and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All slot games, live casino, and card games are operated through verified software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated, and the RTP (Return to Player) percentage of each game can be seen in the relevant game section.

6.2 Betting and Winning Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game will be stated within the game itself.
• If any game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined according to server records.

For sports betting, bets placed before an event begins will be settled at pre-match odds, and live bets at real-time odds. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 3k vlp platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Operating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical faults.
• Defrauding or threatening other members.
• Engaging in any activity that damages the platform's reputation.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

3k vlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any circumstance, particularly in cases of Terms violation.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Security concerns or unusual transaction activity.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. Please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn before making the request. Unused bonuses, other than those that have been fully wagered and are withdrawable, will be forfeited. If a self-exclusion request is made due to responsible gaming concerns, the account will not be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

12 Limitation of Liability
